PRESIDENT

Lucas has devoted his career to creating spaces that improve the lives of others. An NCARB certified registered architect, his efforts are focused towards guiding and directing our strategic mission and creating projects to fit our clients’ needs. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kentucky and has developed a focus on healthcare, recreational and religious facilities. He serves as NCARB IDP Mentor for all of our graduate level employees and interns helping individuals develop and providing them an opportunity to grow. He also serves as our companies liaison to the Builder’s and Contractor’s Association, was a recipient of Building Design + Construction Magazine’s 40 under 40 (2015), Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly Forty under 40 (2016), and was the lead architect for our companies first certified USGBC project achieving LEED Silver in 2011.

Lucas is a member of the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health Codes and Standards Committee, Parkview Whitley Hospital Foundation, Churubusco Main Street, Co-Chair of the Fort Wayne Ducks Unlimited Sponsor Chapter and a community 4-H volunteer.
