Archonics’ relationship with St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic
Church spans more than 15 years when the initial discussions
about a new church building began.
Initially a
24,000 sf facility was designed and built which included a
baptistery, 1,100 seat sanctuary, parish hall, gathering space
and administrative suite. Six years later a 31,000 sf two-story
addition was added to the existing facility included 20
classrooms/-religious education rooms and a wing for parish
offices. Construction costs for Phases I and II totaled $4
million.
Under
construction in 2007 is a $5.6 million, 47,000+ sf addition
which is comprised of additional school classrooms, full-service
commercial kitchen, youth area, parish activity center and
outdoor sport-fields, still allowing the school some future
classroom growth, as well as providing the church with
improvements so critical to fundraising efforts. |
