This
facility is based on a $6 million project budget and it will
consist of approximately 35,000 square feet of recreational
space including a family recreational pool, therapy pool,
gymnasium, fitness center, aerobics/dance studio, child daycare
center, and drop-in child watch. The building will be situated
on the Witham Memorial Hospital campus and be detached from the
proposed new medical office building. Appropriate parking and
site improvements will be developed to support the new YMCA.
