The new 36,301 square foot, three-story Medical Office
Building occupies an area of the existing site adjacent to the
main hospital campus. The placement of this building creates
a fresh, new image and a positive first impression for the
antiquated hospital. It is designed so that two additional
floors can be added in the future for maximum land utilization.
The
ground floor level of this building houses a 7,613 square foot
Dialysis Suite along with building services. The first floor
level welcomes visitors into a spacious, light-filled lobby.
A 790 square foot Blood Draw Lab is located adjacent to the
entrance for patient convenience with dedicated parking spaces in
front. The second floor level houses a 1,633 square foot MRI
Suite located adjacent to a pedestrian walkway bridge that
connects to the Radiation Department of the Hospital. There
is an additional 13,841 square foot of tenant lease space on the
First and Second Floors.
